- It will make it easier for the announcement e-mail to get through spam filters. And, you can check back here whenever you want in case you miss an issue.
- When new Coaches come on board they can review past issues and get up to date on important items they may have missed.
FREE Paying Customer Lead Program Explained
Since we have been getting a lot of questions lately from Coaches regarding the free customers and the numbers we have all been getting, I asked the question to Kevin Jensen who is the V.P. of Sales for Million Dollar Body to explain in greater detail how the program works. Following is his response to me from January 8th:
This is what I (Kevin Jensen) know from my perch in the MDB tree:
No matter what the lead number is approximately 50-60% say yes to either the game or the free 30 day Club trial. So if we have 40,000 customers in one week then about 20,000-24,000 will be assigned to coaches.
Based on a report that I receive each day, last week we had 19,191 leads assigned to coaches. I believe this week will be a larger number because we do not have to factor in a holiday. So if I were in your shoes I would tell my prospects that MDB will share 10,000-20,000 leads each week depending on how much media we purchase for any given week. The number each Coach will receive depends on how many Coaches qualify to receive them in any given week. Last week we had just over 900 qualified to receive leads.
As you know, in about 30 days time, we expect to experience a drop in the number of people who receive leads when the new requirements are pushed live. In reality I expect that we will actually be around the 1000 mark because we gain a bunch and then lose some. I also expect the rate of adding new Emeralds to drop slightly because of the new requirements so February and March will most likely be strong months for “active” Emeralds and above to receive new customers... end of e-mail.
So, there you have it. Also note, that there was a glitch in the system last week and you may not have seen any customers come in. I heard this is being worked on and normal flow will start to resume shortly - if it has not already

Important Changes to the Customer Lead Program
Per Kevin's previous e-mail, and in case you have not been watching your Coaches News in the Coaches Members Area, following are the new Coach requirments to be able to recieve free customers. I agree with these changes.
As of February 11, 2008, in order to receive customer leads, you must:
- Be an Active Coach with the paid rank of Emerald or higher,
- Have worked out in WOWY® at least eight times in the preceding 30 days,
- Be an active Club member,
- Have an updated profile page with a completed bio and at least a "before" photo. For further details and information, please read the Customer Lead Program document.
This is good for the company and Coaches who are serious about the business. We have several Coaches who go out there and get their two Coaches and then never do anything else with the business. This change is fair, and as a Coach who is getting free custromers, - you need to be a product of the product. If you have not done so, make sure you upgrade ASAP. If you are a leader with a team of Coaches, make sure you pass this information on to everyone in your organization.
